Däsh Bakery is lead by Swiss Pastry Chef, Christoph Brühwiler, a world-renowned baker, educator, and entrepreneur with over 40 years of baking expertise.

Däsh offers a variety of artisan breads, pastries, cookies and more, and only use the freshest ingredients to craft our baked goods.

All You Knead is a weekly curated menu of European baked goods released every Sunday and available for Pick Up every Friday in Old Saybrook, Connecticut. We encourage you to check out our weekly offerings and can’t wait for you to enjoy every bite from Däsh, your favorite Swiss Bakery.
