Däsh Bakery is lead by Swiss Pastry Chef, Christoph Brühwiler, a world-renowned baker, educator, and entrepreneur with over 40 years of baking expertise. Chef Brühwiler is eager to share his passion and love for the pastry arts in everything that Däsh Bakery makes. We offer a variety of artisan breads, pastries, cookies and more, and only use the freshest ingredients to craft our baked goods.
